Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN OF GOODS / REFUNDS

The projector lamp must not have been used. The item(s) must not be opened and undamaged within their return. The client will be paying for the return costs. If any Paypal costs are associated within the processing of the order, these expenses are picked up by the client.

The client has 7 days to notify us they will be returning the order for a change or mind or incorrect purchase of goods.

Projector Lamp Replacements charges FREE freight – however, the freight is not free. If the client has a change of mind and the lamp has left the warehouse then this associated freight charge will be shown to the client and taken away from the overall refund total.

Please speak with us, as we try and help through any return obstacles and give the client a fair way forward.

If an item(s) have been purchased through Paypal ANY associated costs that were incurred to Projector Lamp Replacements will be shown to the client and taken away from the refund total.

Shipping charges are non refundable – see above for mentioning of FREE Shipping.
